Shipping Info
We ship via USPS priority mail. All orders are processed within 48-72 hours. Exceptions: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, and all major US holidays. If your order cannot be completed in full, you will be notified by email with an estimated ship date. You will then have the option of choosing a partial shipment. JAM. Foods will cover the partial shipment shipping. Contact Customer Service regarding questions on shipping & handling, future deliveries or cancellations.
Return & Refund Policy
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with and JAM. Foods & Services product, call or email within 14 days and you can return it (original packaging required for refund). Products must be returned within 30 days. No return authorization number is necessary.
